Who we are

We believe we are God’s last day people. We’ve dedicated our lives to live according to His word and His will. Wherever He leads we will go and whatever He calls us to do we will do. We’ve decided to put away the things of this world to “lay aside every weight” so that we can “run this race” that He has set before us. We’ve also decided to submit self to Christ every moment so that we do not get in the way. This is the toughest one but we believe that self is sin and therefore has no place in our lives. We believe both of these can only be done with a constant walk with God. In and of ourselves there is only power to destroy but with God “all things are possible”.

We do not sacrifice law for grace, nor do we throw out grace so that obedience saves us. We understand that the law is God’s character of selfless love and is therefore kept by those who love God and do His will. We believe grace is a gift and we accept that gift through faith that Jesus will blot out our sins that we are so sincerely sorry for. We do not compromise truth for anything. This includes but is not limited to the Sabbath. This day is a Holy day that is part of God’s character. The Sabbath has always been and will always be. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. And His Sabbath, His Holy day, will not ever be done away with and has never been done away with.

We are not legalists nor do we believe in cheap grace. But we value doing His will and obeying Him while at the same time understand that only grace through faith saves us. We strive to constantly walk with God with no compromise of truth.

I think you explained it well, especially the part about not sacrificing law for grace and vice versa.
